What products do we sell on auction?
Top Crystal Stockholm Auction is an online auction that allow the highest bidding participant to acquire unique items from home by putting a bid on the item. The highest bidder wins the auction and can order the item directly from the Top Crystal Stockholm weppage.
The items sold on auction are unique Top Crystal Stockholm pieces, vintage jewelry and pre-owned jewelry. Please read information on each item's page for more infromation about the items.

How do I place a bid?
You can place your bid by entering the amount in SEK you are willing to pay for the item on the auction item page in the auction section. To place a bid you are required to register for an account.Â
Can I hide my name on the bidding page?
How can I see if I have the leading bid?
Every item have a separete auction page with info about the item and the auction. By clicking on the Bids a small pop-up window will show you the bids. You can then follow and see the highest bid and if you are the one with the highest bid.
What happens if I win?
The winner receives an e-mail. It is also possible to see if you have won an auction in your account page.
How do purchase the won item?
Through your account: Sign in to your account and proceed to View Your Bids. In the section Winning Auctions you can add the won item to your cart. You can purchase the won item directly from the cart.
Through e-mail:Â When the auction is finalized the winner receives an e-mail with a direct link that allow the winner to add the auction item to the cart. You can purchase the won item directly from the cart.
When do new auctions start?
Each auction have a countdown until it starts.
Can I withdraw a bid?
No, it is not possible to withdraw a bid.Â
Are there additional fees on my purchase?
No. If you are the winner of an auction you are only paying the price decided in the auction.
What if I am not happy with the jewelry I won?
Unfortunately the auction-purchase is binding. To minimize the chances of making a wrong purchase we are doing our best to demonstrate the items the best we can and add the available information on the item's page.
The items are auctioned are in their actual state that are shown and described in the item's info page. Please contact us on info@topcrystalstockholm.com if you find your item not meeting the picture/description.
Is it possible to adjust the size of the items e.g. a ring?
For some products it is possible to make adjustments. Please see the description on the item's page.
